We will happily and quickly refund or exchange bathtubs within 30 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our main priority so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply let us know and we'll politely refund your purchase. Custom Orders and backorders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
For refunds please e-mail us at email@example.com so we can send you a Return Goods Authorization number before the 30 days expire. Once you obtain the number and the shipping address please be sure that RGA# is noted on the outside package, on the attention line of the shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will process the refund in the next 7 business days.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee will apply. For all EAGO, Alfi and Whitehaus orders, a 25% restocking fee applies once they ship out, even if the shipment is not accepted by the end customer. We advise shipping your item by insured, traceable methods offered by freight shipping company.
RETURN ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If your purchase is damaged in transit please contact us immediately! We will arrange to have the items returned to us and quickly replaced. American Bath Store is not responsible for damage to shipments that are signed clear by the end customer. By accepting a damaged shipment you are releasing americanbathstore.com of any financial responsibility. Always inspect your shipment prior to signing the delivery receipt. If there is damage, note it on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign it. You have the right to refuse delivery on damaged items.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
